Appointment Scheduling
Your time is precious, and so is ours. We've designed these guidelines to create a respectful partnership:

  • Arrival: We invite you to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled session to settle in, complete any necessary paperwork, and begin your transition into our peaceful space.
  • Late Arrivals: If you're running behind, please let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but to maintain the quality of your experience, we may need to modify your session to fit the remaining time. Your session will end at the scheduled time to honor the next client's appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens—we understand. Our policies are designed to respect everyone's time:

  • Standard Sessions: We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your time to another client seeking transformation.
  • Date Night Experiences: These special experiences require additional preparation. We ask for 48 hours' notice for any changes to Date Night bookings.

What Happens If You Need to Cancel?

  • With Sufficient Notice (24 hours for standard sessions, 48 hours for Date Nights): No penalty applies, and we'll help you find a new time that works for your schedule.
  • With Less Notice: For members, one credit will be redeemed from your account. For non-members, your 50% deposit will be forfeited as a no-show or late reschedule fee.

Gift Certificates
  • Gift certificates are available for all services and packages, making transformation a meaningful gift for someone you care about.
  • Gift certificates are valid for one year from the purchase date.
